There are 2 ways to order from us:

Option A: Order from online form

1. inquire your shopping list by filling in our online form

2. we will contact you shortly with the updated item availability during the opening hours! 

Option B: Order by contacting us

1. browse through our item list (click the orange box below!) 

>> the list should span from item group 'Agar Jelly' to 'Tea', let us know if you cannot fully see the list!

2. send your order list via WhatsApp/Signal/SMS to +43 676 7753366

3. we will contact you shortly with the updated item availability during the opening hours!

How much is the shipping fee? How to pay?

1. within Austria we ship using Hermes (or simply by Post if you just order 3 sachets of Bamboe ;)). For other EU countries we will look for courier with the best deal based on your package's size and weight. The shipping fee will be calculated later after you have finalized you item list and we have measured the package size.

2. we use bank transfer for our payment. We will inform you the total amount (items + shipping fee) and the transfer details later after you have finalized your item list.
